Paola Rossato Band

Paola Rossato & Band Live 28/05/2016

When Marco Valva introduced me to the songs of the Stray Dogg band last year, after listening to just a couple of songs I’ve immediately fallen in love with their music.  Then, after attending a magic acoustic concert by Dušan “Dukat Stray” Strajnić and Marko Ignjatović in Trieste last summer, I was eagerly waiting for a concert of the full band.  And then Marco Valva told me that he was organizing an italian tour of this fantastic serbian band. The magic happend on 19th of May, at the Tetris Club in Trieste, in front of a small but very attentive audience.
Their music is a melodic folk rock, soft guitar strings, genious arrangements and the wonderful voice of Dukat that sings directly to the heart of the listener. Some delicate and charming duets with the violinist Ana Janković soothe the senses, while the Relja’s drums and Vladimir’s bass create an intriguing texture thats invites the public to dance to the rithm.
Despite their young age the whole band is perfectly at ease on the stage, creating a magic and intimate athmosphere.
All this sublime fresh melody is able to capture your soul and mend it’s wounds. Thank you from the deep of my heart, Stray Dogg, I’m already waiting for the next concert in my town.
